I was so confused about what a bell bowl was because I never heard of these before but I kept listening to the sound it made and really wanted to experience it for myself. All I have to say is WOW! I hit it really hard with the white striker and it kept vibrating for what seemed forever. I was I could feel things moving inside me and after a few rounds of tapping and listening to the sounds I felt like my stress just melted away. I have done sound healing and baths with crystal bowls but there was something so grounding and strong about this bowl that really has stood out to me.

When I first purchased this bowl I was hesitant at first because of the cost. I kept listening to it in The Sound Library and it sounded so deep like a powerful gong but I wasn't sure what it would sound like in person. I realize as soon as I had the bowl that the actual vibrations that the bowl makes can't translate through the speakers you have to experience it in person. I have used many singing bowls over the years from Crystal bowls to metal bowls but I've never experienced a bowl quite like this that can produce such a powerful vibration that you can feel from at least a foot away from your body. I felt like every cell in my body was moving and shaking to the vibration of this bowl and it literally stopped me in my thoughts and gave me this immediate sense of groundedness. the other thing that I don't understand is why this bowl actually vibrates for so long. I timed mine at 3 minutes when I tapped it with the white rubber mallet I'm not quite sure what the other wooden Mallet is for but the white mallet I tapped it like in the video and it was amazing. I highly recommend this bowl for sound healing as it takes so little effort to produce such a big impact.
