Shipping Overview

ZenProspera products are premium, hand-sourced, and carefully prepared for shipment. Each order is inspected and securely packed to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

This policy explains how long it typically takes us to prepare your order and how long delivery usually takes once it is shipped.


Shipping Locations

At this time, ZenProspera ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships.

• Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days
• Processing includes quality inspection, careful packing, and shipment preparation
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays

During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.


Shipping Time (Carrier Transit Time)

Shipping time refers to the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order after it has shipped.

Delivery timeframes vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s operations. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

ZenProspera does not guarantee delivery dates.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed off to the carrier.


Carrier Delays and Events Outside Our Control

ZenProspera is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating delayed shipments or submitting carrier inquiries when appropriate.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• The customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs

ZenProspera is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

ZenProspera is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim
• We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or the delivery location

We encourage customers to ship to a secure address.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage:

• Photograph the shipping box and the product immediately
• Contact us at flow@zenprospera.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
