ZenProspera™ products are premium, hand-sourced, and handcrafted in small batches. Each piece is selected for sound quality, balance, and finish, then carefully packed and shipped.

Because our products are experiential and not mass-produced, we maintain a return policy that balances customer confidence with responsible handling of handcrafted goods.

We want you to feel confident purchasing from ZenProspera. Because our products are handcrafted, experiential, and handled with care, we maintain a clear return policy that protects both our customers and our small business.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, based on carrier tracking
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
• All original packaging, inserts, mallets, cushions, and accessories must be included
• Items must be returned in packaging that adequately protects the product during transit

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.


What “Unused” Means

Our products are experiential. Returns are intended for items that were inspected only, not used.

Returns will be denied if the item shows evidence of:

• Repeated playing or use
• Scratches, dents, scuffs, residue, water marks, or surface alterations beyond normal manufacturing variation
• Cleaning, polishing, or modification
• Missing, substituted, or damaged accessories
• Intentional damage or misuse

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Inspection results are final.


No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

If you ordered a size, tone, or style that does not meet your personal preference, you may request a return if the item meets the eligibility requirements above and place a new order separately.

To help customers choose confidently before purchasing, we offer:

• A Sound Library with recorded tones of each bowl
• The option to contact us to schedule a sample listening session prior to purchase

Returns or requests based on sound preference, size preference, or personal taste do not qualify for exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Digital or downloadable products
• Items returned outside the 14-day return request window


Handcrafted Product Notice

Our singing bowls are handcrafted using custom molds and hand-finishing techniques. They are not mass-produced.

Minor surface variations such as light scuffs, subtle marks, or natural tooling impressions may be present. These are inherent to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Such variations do not impact sound quality, function, or durability and are not grounds for return.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, submit a request within 14 days of delivery using one of the options below:

Complete the return form and include:

• Reason for return

If approved, return instructions will be provided by email. Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Items lost or damaged during return transit are the responsibility of the sender

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent of the item price.

The restocking fee helps offset inspection, handling, and repackaging costs and may apply when:

• A return is based on personal preference, sound preference, or sizing choice
• The item cannot be resold as new
• The item is returned without defects

The restocking fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective.

Final refund amounts are determined after inspection.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Refunds may be reduced or denied if return conditions are not met


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email flow@zenprospera.com and include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


What Qualifies as Damaged or Defective

An item may be considered damaged or defective if it meets one or more of the following criteria upon delivery:

• Cracks, fractures, or structural breaks
• Significant dents or deformities affecting shape or stability
• Severe surface damage that materially affects sound, function, or safety
• Missing components that were part of the original product listing
• Manufacturing flaws that prevent the item from being used as intended

All claims must be supported by clear photographs and reported within 48 hours of delivery.


What Does Not Qualify as Damage or Defect

The following are not considered damage or defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund:

• Minor surface marks, light scuffs, or cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted production
• Natural variations in tone, resonance, sustain length, or harmonic response
• Sound preference or personal expectation mismatches
• Packaging scuffs or external box wear that do not affect the product
• Changes resulting from use, handling, cleaning, polishing, or environmental exposure after delivery
