The ocean drum is amazing!! I'm adding it to my collection of sound healing tools and this one really just drops you into the ocean. Allows you to escape and forget about the day at least momentarily. Next I'm going to try it to release more emotions and energy.
Zenprospera did a mindfulness retreat at my job and used this ocean drum. it was so peaceful and captivated all of us. I have used this every week and I really appreciated the instructions. they mentioned that it was also used to express and release anger and intense emotions but i didn't remember exactly how. I sent a chat to them and they literally connected with me on zoom and walked me through how to use it. I did not expect that level of customer service and i have used it a few times to let out some deep feelings and it is a really great sound tool for this too. Thank you Tiffany for being so patient with me and helping answer all my questions.
I have the 22in and 16 inch and this one sounds like strong waves crashing on rocks, like that little sizzle sound you hear sometimes. its smooth and gentle but also creates a strong wave sound too. I feel like this size is a little easier to handle but still sounds nice like the 22 inch one. it really is a nice tool to have in my class and home.
I'm so glad I discovered this. I love the ocean.
It was great working with them, they were accomodating, and the product is amazing! It's really great quality, and I'm so excited to keep using it in future workshops.
Bought to use with my therapy group who struggles with anxiety. They are learning mindfulness now and I am using the ocean drum to teach them mindfulness through listening (sound of the ocean) and seeing (paying attention to the beads move). Next they will practice self awareness and self expression by placing the drum themselves. Really glad I got this.
This instrument actually sounds like the ocean. It's not like a rain stick, it really sounds like WAVES! Recommend for anyone who loves the ocean. Instant escape and peace.
I love all of the singing bowls I have purchased but this ocean drum has a way of really getting me away from my thoughts and present to the sounds. i feel like all of the metal beads moving keep my mind moving with the sounds too and after a while i just start letting go. great too, highly recommend it. I wish it had a case, or bag to go with it so I can travel without the box.
