I got this bowl for my husband but I ended up keeping it because i really love how it sings. This bowl does have some hammer and scuff marks but I know it was hand made and came from Nepal. it gives it character though. but the sound is what is so impressive. it has a really angelic hum to it and it sang really easily too. A great starter bowl I think.

This ZenOhm bowl has that hand-hammered look where the surface tells you someone spent time on it. There are small marks and natural wear that make it feel like an artifact, something made with intention. Mine had a couple little scuffs and I actually smiled because it fit the whole vibe.
I use it during journaling and before meditation when my nervous system feels wired. The sound is calming and steady, and it doesn’t feel overly bright. For a 4 inch bowl, the resonance is legit.
If you’re buying for the “perfect Instagram object,” maybe not. If you want something that feels real authentic and sounds smooth and good, it’s worth it.

Beautiful & high vibrational. Great quality. Amazing customer service.

I bought both the 4 inch bowls so I could decide which one I liked better, but now I'm keeping both. They are each so unique in the look and sound I've convinced myself it's okay to keep both because they are so different yet such high quality. I am keeping my Ohm bowl at home, and bringing the ZenHarmony bowl to my office for others to use.

Got this for a gift yesterday and it is pretty cool. sounds better than my amazon bowl i bought last year.
